The event is hosted by the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, an organization that is dedicated to eradicating the life-ending and vicious effects of mesothelioma and to hopefully, one day, find a cure.
Each year, the event brings together the entire mesothelioma community to include patients, families, and caregivers to learn about the latest in treatment options and research, speaking with the top mesothelioma experts and to network with others in need of support. Agenda topics include seminars and support groups on caregiving, breakthroughs on screening and diagnostics, and information on activism efforts by the foundation to raise money and awareness.
