Biography
Jocelyn B. Epps was born and raised in the Greater St. Louis area and has always had an interest in the pursuit of justice. Upon graduating high school, Mrs. Epps continued her education, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as a minor in both psychology and sociology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Mrs. Epps joined The Gori Law Firm in 2014 as a support staff member. During this time, she held multiple job titles and worked on various stages of asbestos litigation. While at the firm, she chose to go to law school to better assist individuals injured by asbestos. Mrs. Epps attended Southern Illinois University – School of Law, where she received the Madison County Bar Association Scholarship.
During law school, Mrs. Epps continued to work at the firm, growing her knowledge and experience. Upon graduating law school in 2020, she became licensed as an attorney and continues assisting individuals as they navigate through the complex legal process. As an attorney at The Gori Law Firm, Mrs. Epps’s primary focus is helping those injured by asbestos receive the compensation that they deserve.
